- Weekends and South African public holidays.
- Gauteng areas outside the three metros, such as Sedibeng (Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Meyerton) and the West Rand district (Krugersdorp, Randfontein, Carletonville), plus outlying smallholdings and farms. Outer Tshwane areas such as Hammanskraal, Cullinan and Bronkhorstspruit may also fall outside the zone.

- Parcels over 20 kg or bigger than 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
