eDoD is operated by Motion Kulca (Pty) Ltd, a South African technology and business solutions group operating since 2015. eDoD is a Motion Kulca store: Motion Kulca is the seller you contract with, and is responsible for your order, returns and warranty. See our legal disclosures.
What we sell
Everyday essentials and gifts across four departments – phone & tech, beauty & fragrance, home & kitchen, and toys, gaming & sport – in one easy order.
How delivery on demand works
- Order your way – on this site, on WhatsApp, or from our store on marketplaces such as Takealot and Amazon.co.za.
- Ship from the closest stock – some items are held in marketplace warehouses, some in our own stock and some ship directly from vetted South African suppliers.
- Same day in Gauteng – order by 12:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and items in stock at our Centurion base are delivered the same day in the Gauteng metros: Tshwane, Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni. Each delivery runs on a delivery partner’s on-demand service.
- Everywhere else – a nationwide door-to-door courier or a parcel locker near you. The fee is shown before you pay. See Delivery for the details and exclusions.
Whichever way your order travels, eDoD (Motion Kulca) remains your seller and is responsible for your order, returns and warranty.
What we won’t do
- Sell counterfeit, “inspired by” or dupe branded products.
- Publish fake reviews, ratings or sales numbers.
- Use real brand names or logos on products we’re not authorised to sell.
- Promise delivery times we can’t keep – our same-day promise only covers the areas and cut-off our delivery partners publish.
Our name
“e” for e-commerce, “DoD” for Delivery on Demand. Say it “ee-dod”.
